Widely usedin industrial circulating water, industrial water, industrial sewage treatment,industrial sewage purification and recycling, pulp water treatment, slimestripping, aquaculture, poultry, livestock farms, swimming pool water, foodfactories, community environments, hospitals, public places.

Instructions:

TH-CD-I/P canbe used by continuous dosing, intermittent dosing or shock dosing. The dosingconcentration is 30-50 mg/l. When continuous dosing is used, the residual valueof chlorine dioxide in the water is controlled to be 0.1-0.3 mg/l, maintain theresidual chlorine value of 0.2～0.3 mg/l for 4～6 hours during shock dosing, inorder to achieve a good effect of killing microorganisms, When TH-CD-I/Pis used for sludge stripping, the dosing concentration is 200-400 mg/l,maintaining the residual value of chlorine dioxide in the water body ≥ 0.3mg/l, running for 24 ～36 hours, can effectively strip biologicalsludge.

Description of disinfection andsterilization of chlorine dioxide:

Chlorinedioxide itself is a highly selective oxidant, and its bactericidal actionmechanism will have different reactions depending on the substance. Because ofits strong oxidizing ability, it exists almost 100% as a molecular state. Inaddition to using its special single electron transfer mechanism, it releasesnew ecological oxygen atoms, and uses the strong oxidation of oxygen atomsthemselves and the difference in osmotic pressure to penetrate the bacterialcell membrane. In order to inhibit its respiration, and make the phosphotransferaselose its vitality, affect its metabolism, so as to kill bacteria. Also beobtained from glucose oxidase (such as sulfur hydroxide dismutase) oxidation ofdisulfide bonds, the destruction of their bond, the protein will lose itsvitality, so that bacteria can not survive.

★Water quality requirements of white shrimp:

(1) Water temperature: 23-32°C can be cultured, but the optimum temperature is 18-30°C, feeding stops at 18°C, and dies at 9°C.

(2) Salinity: It can be cultivated at 5-40, but the optimum salinity is 10-25, if it is slowly reduced, it can tolerate 1-2 salinity.

(3) pH: 8.0±0.3 is the best, if the pH is lower than 7.0, it will be affected.

(4) Dissolved oxygen: above 4ppm, not below 2ppm.

(5) Chemical oxygen demand: between 5 and 30 ppm.

(6) Transparency: 35±5 cm.

(7) Water color: green or reddish brown.

(8) Nutrient salt: Phosphate 0.1～0.3 mg/L

(9) Silicate 2.0 gm/L

(10) Ammonia nitrogen below 0.4ml/L

(11) Those with larger nitrogen and phosphorus ratios can produce diatoms.
