Dip molding process:

1. Pre-processing → Put the workpiece on the shelf → Pre-bake(pre-bake at 320℃-370℃ for 15 minutes) → Dip coating (vibrate to remove residual powder) → Curing (180℃-200℃ for 10 minutes) → Remove the workpiece.

2. Dip molding is a heating process inwhich the metal is preheated, dipped in molding powder and solidified. Whendipping in powder, the heated metal adheres to the surrounding material. Thehotter the metal, the longer the dipping time and the thicker the coating. Ofcourse, temperature and dipping profile are key in determining how muchplastisol will adhere. Stunning coating shapes can be created by dip molding.

3. The raw materials of hot dip moldingpowder are divided into PE/PVC/nylon powder quality: general dip moldingpowder, engineering dip molding powder, tubular dip molding powder, special dipmolding powder for freezers, special dip molding powder for clothes hangers,etc.
